Is this TEFL course accredited?
Yes, the Teaching English Online course is fully accredited by the International TEFL Accreditation Council (ITEFLAC).

Will I receive a certificate?
No, you´ll not receive a certificate at the end of the course. If you wish, you may order a digital certificate or a hard copy at an additional fee if you wish. The digital certificate (US$19) is signed, displays the ITEFLAC logo and has a unique reference number for verification purposes. You may also order a hard copy of your certificate (with original signatures and embossed seal) for US$29. This will be sent via registered mail.

Will this course enable me to teach English online?
This short course is a specialised endorsement course of 10-hours. It is a supplementary course for certified TEFL/TESOL teachers who wish to transition from the classroom to online teaching. Most online teaching companies will require that you have a minimum of a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate. The "Teaching English Online" certificate may however give you an edge in a competitive job market!

How long is the course?
You are given 90 days to complete your course. Most students complete their course in a matter of hours. *It is important to note that the Teaching English Online course cannot be extended after the course period has expired. If your course expires before you have completed - you will lose everything.

What is the course schedule?
You choose your own course schedule. You study whenever you can and at your own pace.

What are the course dates?
There are no set course dates. You can start at any time - whenever it suits you.

What are the course requirements?
You must already be TEFL /TESOL certified or have teaching experience in order to register for this short endorsement course.

How is the course assessed?
This is a self-study course with no tutor assistance. After you have completed the course materials, you have to complete a quiz (multiple-choice). The pass mark for the quiz is 75%. You can re-take the quiz multiple times.
